No Returns

We do not accept returns of hemp-derived beverages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at aspen@drinkbuddybuddy.com and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos, if applicable

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
