These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services and website operated by Buddy Buddy Beverage Company, LLC.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance by the company. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received and processed before an order is confirmed.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Refunds and Replacements

Due to the nature of our products and to maintain strict chain-of-custody standards for hemp-derived goods, all sales are final. Specific instances of damage or error are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and materials provided through our services are owned by Buddy Buddy Beverage Company, LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
