Order Cancellations

 

Orders placed with Buddy Buddy Beverage Company, LLC are processed quickly to ensure timely fulfillment.

You may request cancellation only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been accepted, processed, or transferred to a shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled.

 

How to Request a Cancellation

Please include your order number and indicate that you are requesting cancellation. Cancellation requests are handled on a best-efforts basis and are not guaranteed.

 

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

 

Orders cannot be canceled if:

• The order has already been processed or fulfilled
• The order has been shipped or is in transit

Because our products are consumable goods, orders that cannot be canceled are not eligible for return.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
